Reservation Policy
Making Individual Reservations
Reservations are secured with a credit card and charged immediately if made fourteen (14) days or less before your arrival date. If a reservation is made more than fourteen (14) days before your arrival date, we will process the total fee fourteen (14) days before the arrival date.
If you prefer making payments by check, please let us know when making your reservation. With this payment method, we must receive a check for one half of the total charge within one week of making the reservation, and the remainder thirty (30) days before your arrival date, or the entire amount if the reservation is made fourteen (14) days or less before your arrival date. The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your check.
Making Group (3 or more rooms) Reservations
Reservations are secured with a credit card and charged immediately if made forty-five (45) days or less before your arrival date. If a reservation is made more than forty-five (45) days before your arrival date, we will process one half of the total fee forty-five (45) days before the arrival date. The remainder will be processed thirty (30) days before your arrival date.
If you prefer making payments by check, please let us know when making your reservation. With this payment method, we must receive a check for one half of the total charge no later than forty-five (45) before your arrival date, with the remainder due thirty (30) days before your arrival date. The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your check.
Cancellation Policy
Due to credit card processing fees, reservation cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee if some payment has been made with a credit card. The minimum cancellation charge will be equal to 5% of the reservation fee charged to the card.
Individual Reservation Cancellation
There will be no cancellation penalty if you notify us of cancellation fourteen (14) days or more before your arrival date. If cancellation occurs less than fourteen (14) days before your arrival date, and the room is re-booked, there will be no cancellation penalty other than the 5% credit card processing fee. Additionally, if cancellation occurs less than fourteen (14) days before your arrival date and the room is not re-booked, we reserve the right to invoke a cancellation penalty equal to the full amount of your reservation.
Group (3 or more rooms) Reservation Cancellation
Other than the 5% credit card processing fee, there will be no cancellation penalty if you notify us of your cancellation forty-five (45) days or more before your arrival date. If cancellation occurs less than forty-five (45) days before your arrival date, and the rooms are re-booked, there will be no cancellation penalty other than the 5% credit card processing fee. Additionally, if cancellation occurs less than forty-five (45) days before your arrival date and the rooms are not re-booked, we reserve the right to invoke a cancellation penalty equal to the full amount of the reservation.
