Balsamic Marinated Olives

16       ounces ripe olives, drained
14       ounces kalamata olives
14       ounces pimiemto-stuffed olives, drained
1         small jar cocktail onions
1         cup olive oil
1         cup balsamic vinegar
1         T. italian seasoning
couple of fresh sprigs fresh thyme
couple of fresh bay leaves

Combine all ingredients; cover and chill at least 8 hours. Let stand 30 minutes at room temperature before serving. Also can warm slightly. Keeps for a long time in fridge.
