Bluff Country Studio Art Tour
From April 27-29, 2012, the 12th annual Bluff Country Studio Art Tour will be held. Spend a day exploring the bluff country. Get to know the artists and watch them in action. Shop for a unique work of art. Learn about the arts.
Artists will be demonstrating bead making, wood carving, wheel thrown ceramics and more. The tour is a rare opportunity when artists open their studios to the public in an areas where the views are consider works of art.

Rhubarb Festival
The Lanesboro Farmers Market announces its celebration of rhubarb! The Rhubarb Festival will be held Saturday, June 2, 2012, from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. at Sylvan Park in Lanesboro, Minn.
We welcome everyone to the taste of everything rhubarb! You will be able to taste such rhubarb delights as pies, crisps, cakes, soups, chutneys, chili, jams, ketchup, leathers, drinks and more.

Great River Shakespeare Festival
In Winona, the Great River Shakespeare Festival produces thoughtful, articulate, engaging productions of Shakespeare's plays, and contributes substantially to the cultural, social, and economic life of Winona, the midwest, and the United States. Season 9 runs from June 20 - August 5, 2012.

Minnesota Beethoven Festival
The Minnesota Beethoven Festival, a classical music festival, running from June 26 through July 17, 2011, that will take place in venues throughout Winona, Minnesota continues to impress music lovers. Pianist André Watts will kick off the anniversary celebration with a solo recital on June 26, and that concert is only the beginning of an exciting three-week season that highlights the piano, strings, and voice. You can enjoy performances by legendary pianist Leon Fleisher as well as the up-and-coming Cecilia String Quartet. Returning is baritone Thomas Hampson in addition to the Minnesota Beethoven Festival Chorale led by Dale Warland. Finally, there is no more fitting way to celebrate their fifth anniversary than with a performance of Beethoven's Ninth Symphony by the Minnesota Orchestra.

Rushford Days 2012
Come celebrate Rushford Days in 2012, date TBD. Lots of fun activities are planned. A few new events being planned for this year include a bean bag tournament, Bingo throughout the weekend, and a frog jumping contest.

ExpoCulinaria - "An experience of taste"
 Rushford is creating and will be hosting an impressive culinary delight. followuing up on the success of last year's inaugural ExpoCulinaria, the event will showcase both the restaurants and vendors within the city itself.
Date TBD, ExpoCulinaria is ecpected to feature wine, microbrew, and coffee tastings, samples of mouth-watering dressings, salsas, spreads, jams, and more. Other features will include gluten-free dietary lifestyles and local, organic foods.
The big show of the evening will be the proposed Chef Challenge, a culinary competition between two professional chefs.
Attendees will enjoy live music and a chocolate fountain fondue, with one lucky attendee awarded a grand prize.
