"The Meadows" is located in Rushford, Minnesota, a small community in the Southeastern part of the state, in the Northeastern corner of Fillmore County. Rushford is located at the intersection of US-43 and US-16, a National Scenic Byway, 10 miles south of I-90, about 25 minutes from Winona, and 45 minutes from both Rochester and La Crosse.

From the Twin Cities area, the best route is through Rochester, on US-52, to I-90 East, to US-43 South, Exit 249.
From most directions East or West, the easiest way to get to Rushford is to get to I-90 and navigate to US-43 South, Exit 249.
From the South, coming through Iowa, if using I-90 does not make sense, use US-43 North to get to Rushford.
